Investment may be paid in full as confirmation of your session(s), as set out in the proposed Treatment Plan.

Payment in advance and in full for a Treatment Package comprising more than one session (e.g. 2 x RTT and Coaching) will be discounted by 10%.

Alternatively, a deposit of (50%) is required as confirmation of your initial Intake and first RTT session (total cost £tbc).

All follow-up/coaching sessions/RTT sessions must be paid in full 48
hours before the scheduled appointment.

Please ensure the full payment or deposit is made within 48 hours of agreeing to your appointment; this ensures that your booking is reserved.
Please make payment in advance by bank transfer.

I understand that at times, appointments need to be rescheduled. Should you be unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment date, in order to accommodate another client.

The deposit will be refunded, in full, if a cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the appointment. The balance must be paid two days before the session, by bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.

Should you cancel without 48 hours’ notice, unfortunately there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Should you be a no-show or cancel on the actual day of the session your investment will be non-refundable. All session fees are required to be paid in full prior to the commencement of the session.

By submitting and purchasing online this agrees that you have read the above and understand the process of hypnotherapy and am willing to participate in my healing and therapy process.
